A: No, Appalachian is a distributor and supplier only. For installation services for any of the products we sell, we will happlily recommend one of our great customers in your region to assist you.

A: Normal business hours are 6:00am – 5:00pm Monday thru Friday. We are closed on weekends and major holidays.
Q: What is the cutoff time for same day shipping for the AIS online store ?
A: To guarantee same day shipping, the order must be placed by 1:00 PM EST, Monday-Friday. Any order placed after 1:00 PM EST, Monday-Friday will be shipped on the next business day.
